Manchester United F.C. have confirmed that their former forward Jesse Lingard has completed a move to Sport Club Corinthians Paulista.
The Premier League club made the announcement in a post shared on their official page on X on Friday.
Lingard’s switch to Corinthians will see him reunite with his former United teammate Memphis Depay.
The 33-year-old had been without a club since leaving FC Seoul in December.
During his spell in Asia, Lingard scored 19 goals in 67 appearances.
The midfielder will now continue his career with the São Paulo-based giants, despite attracting interest from several European teams.
At Corinthians, Lingard will share the dressing room not only with Depay but also with former Arsenal F.C. defender Gabriel Paulista and ex-Watford F.C. winger André Carrillo.
