Dan’agundi, who also serves as the Director General of the National Productivity Centre (NPC), made the declaration in Kano, stating that members of the Tinubu Support Groups in the state are loyal to the governor’s leadership.
According to him, the TSGs in Kano “take orders only from Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf,” reaffirming their commitment to his leadership and re-election ambition.
He disclosed that the group has already begun grassroots mobilization efforts across the state in preparation for the 2027 polls.
Dan’agundi spoke during the inauguration of the Tinubu Support Groups’ leadership across 15 Local Government Areas in Kano Central Senatorial District, where he emphasized the group’s objective of securing electoral victories.

He reiterated that the group would not take directives from any individual or authority outside the Kano State governor, stressing their loyalty and alignment with his leadership.
Dan’agundi also urged local government executives within the group to pass the directive down to ward and polling unit levels to ensure effective coordination and sustained grassroots engagement.
He added that the Tinubu Support Groups in Kano have intensified mobilization strategies aimed at delivering victory for the party’s candidates.
According to him, the group is made up of a diverse mix of stakeholders, including experienced politicians, academics, retired civil servants, students, women, youths, athletes, and other key contributors.
