Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Damini Ogulu, better known as Burna Boy, has made history as the first African musician to earn more than $1 million from a single concert in Oceania.
He reached this milestone during the Sydney stop of his No Sign Of Weakness tour at the Qudos Bank Arena in Australia on October 18, 2025, which brought in $1.117 million.
The global tour tracking platform, Touring Data, also noted that Burna Boy’s ‘No Sign If Weakness’ tour broke the record for “the highest-grossing tour by an African artist in Oceania’s history, with $3.1 million from 31,000 tickets sold across 4 shows.”
According to the data, the Australian portion of the tour saw 30,946 tickets sold over four performances, with an average ticket price of $100.94 and an average revenue of $772,791 per show.
The No Sign Of Weakness tour included 20 shows across three continents: North America, Europe, and Oceania.
Burna Boy is now the the first African artist in history to gross over $1 million from a single concert in 3 continents.
