The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the release of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) mock results, giving candidates the opportunity to evaluate their performance ahead of the main examination.
The disclosure was made in a statement issued on Monday by the Registrar, Ishaq Oloyede, who confirmed that participants can now access their results.
According to the board, candidates are required to use the official SMS method to check their scores, using the same phone number they registered with.
How to Check UTME Mock Result
To check your result, send “MOCKRESULT” to 55019 or 66019 using your registered phone number.
JAMB noted that the SMS service attracts a charge and advised candidates to ensure they have sufficient airtime before attempting to check their results.
The mock examination is designed to help candidates familiarise themselves with the computer-based test format and assess their level of preparedness before the main UTME.
