Ousmane Dembele has outlined Paris Saint-Germain’s approach ahead of their Champions League semi-final second leg against Bayern Munich, stressing that the team will remain committed to its attacking philosophy.
PSG head into the return fixture with a narrow advantage after edging Bayern 5-4 in a thrilling first-leg encounter in Paris. Dembele played a key role in that victory, scoring twice in a match filled with end-to-end action.
Despite the slim margin, the French side is not expected to adopt a defensive approach when they travel to Germany. Instead, the winger emphasized that the team will stick to its identity under manager Luis Enrique.
Speaking to Canal+, Dembele expressed satisfaction with the first-leg result while looking ahead to the decisive clash.
“We are happy with the result. It was an incredible match,” Dembele said.
“We will go to Munich to try to win and qualify. We aren’t going to change our philosophy, we’re going to attack.”
The second leg will take place at the Allianz Arena, where Bayern Munich will be aiming to overturn the deficit on home soil.
With both teams known for their attacking quality, the return fixture is expected to deliver another high-intensity contest as they battle for a place in the Champions League final.
