Eid-el-Fitr: Natasha Calls for Unity in Kogi

Senator representing Kogi Central, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has urged residents of her constituency to embrace peace, unity, and reflection as Muslims celebrate Eid-el-Fitr.

In her Sallah message, she described the festival as a deeply significant spiritual period anchored on sacrifice, devotion, and obedience to Allah. She encouraged Muslims to uphold and extend the lessons of Ramadan beyond the fasting season.

“Eid Mubarak to the great people of Kogi Central. May this blessed season strengthen our unity, deepen our faith, and bring peace and prosperity to every home,” she said.

She stressed that patience, generosity, and selflessness are crucial in building a stable and progressive society, adding that these virtues should guide everyday interactions.
