Three youth leaders of the All Progressives Congress who died in a tragic road accident have been laid to rest in Otukpa, Benue State.
The victims—Hon. Anawo Benjamin Akor, Hon. Ogbe Enemari, and Hon. Abraham Enenche—lost their lives along the Makurdi–Lafia road while travelling to attend the party’s North Central Zonal Congress in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
Their burial, held on Wednesday in Ogbadibo Local Government Area, drew political figures, party members, and sympathisers who gathered to honour their lives and service.
Speaking at the ceremony, Anthony Agom described the loss as devastating, noting that their absence leaves a significant gap within the party and the Benue South political landscape.
Mourners paid heartfelt tributes, remembering the deceased as dedicated and promising young leaders, while prayers were offered for their souls and strength for their grieving families.
