Nigerian singer Shoday has shared his perspective on the role of money in achieving happiness and stability, stating that financial security outweighs fame.
Speaking during a conversation on the Wahala Podcast, Shoday explained that he believes wealth can address most of life’s challenges and significantly improve one’s quality of life.
“If you have money, you can solve about 90% of life’s problems. There’s almost nothing you can’t do with money. You can even afford surrogates if you can’t have a child, money can buy love too. The only thing money can’t buy is life itself. That’s the 10% money can’t solve, but for everything else, money can do it all. Go broke and see for yourself. Money is everything. The moment it’s gone, no one loves you anymore. I’d rather have a lot of money than be famous. It’s better to be low-key with wealth than be everywhere. It’s draining sometimes,” he stated.
According to him, while fame can be overwhelming, having financial stability provides a more secure and fulfilling lifestyle.
