Nigerian singer, Qing Madi has publicly accused her former record label, JTon Music, of engaging in actions she claims are intended to damage her career trajectory.
Qing Madi made the allegations in a statement posted on her Instagram page, where she asserted that the label was behind the removal of her newly released song featuring Zinoleesky from the music streaming platform Spotify.
According to Madi, the dispute with her former management dates back to her exit from the label, after which she alleged that a lawsuit valued at $1 million was filed against her.
She further suggested that the current situation forms part of a broader pattern of attempts to obstruct her professional growth.
“My ex label the same people that tried to destroy Cynthia Morgan are trying to do same to me. It’s paining you that I didn’t give up even after suing me for 1 million dollars and losing your case,” she stated.
Her comments also referenced past industry disputes, drawing parallels with the experiences of Cynthia Morgan.
As of the time this report was filed, JTon Music had not publicly responded to the allegations.
