American rapper Nicki Minaj has filed a lawsuit against Nigerian influencer Dr Penking, accusing him of cyberbullying and copyright infringement.
The Nigerian social media personality posted an old, provocative video of Minaj on X this Saturday, adding the caption, “Nicki Minaj should understand that she has gotten old and retire.”
In response, Minaj questioned whether he had the rights to use her footage before using it to “harras” her.
She then let him know that he had been included in her legal action.
“Do you have permission to use this video that I filmed years ago to harras me on this or any platform? You’ve just been added to the suit,” she wrote.
